John Shelby Insurance

I am most happy with John Shelby and Travelers Insurance. When I had to report tornado damage, Mr. Shelby was both empathetic and exceedingly helpful in directing me to people who could help me get the services I would need. I also want to praise Travelers Insurance (provided through John Shelby Insurance ) for the help they provided and especially Stephen Shaver (adjuster) and the team he worked with. They did all they could do in assessing the damage done by the tornado and in providing all the coverage possible. There is still much work ahead, but I am comfortable knowing that I have the support of John Shelby Insurance and Travelers Insurance.

The wonderful ladies in the front office ( All of them!) have always gone above and beyond for me. They are always timely and if they say they are going to call me back, they always do. I am really happy here, and will not be going anywhere anytime soon. Good customer service goes a long way, and this place nails it every time!

Amanda was extremely helpful and explained all my options thoroughly. I was able to get insurance quickly at a cheaper price than I found.

Super friendly stuff. Always willing to help and it didn't pinch when you struggle they're there.

Not only are they very knowledgeable over insurance's they are also very polite and very amazing with customer service.
