Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been with Farm Bureau for a very long time and I have NEVER been disappointed in their customer service. They are top notch!

I have had Farm Bureau and my agent Jeff West for years and I couldn't be happier with the service! Recently I had some water damage in my home and had to have remediation and repairs done. Peyton and the team made the process so easy and did an amazing job incredibly fast and for that I cannot thank them enough. You guys made what could have been a nightmare into the best version of that situation. Thank you for all you do!

Over the years I have continued to enjoy having Farm Bureau Insurance as my primary insurance company. I can call them and handle everything over the phone with them with great satisfaction. The people are fantastic and listen to what I need before trying to throw out a solution. That is why I give Farm Bureau Insurance 5 star.

I called for a quote last week in November of 2023. I was told with the renters its a $30 annual fee Quote was sent in email. Was told to call back the following week to set up an appointment to come in and sign papers and put money down. Called back Monday December 4th in the a.m. was told I will get a call back. I did at 4:26pm. I was told as of December 1st the rates went up so my quote would increase. (He knew that because he said in the conversation, HE KNEW THE RATES WERE GOING UP. Why would u quote me, knowing I'm calling the following week to give payment? Now I'm at the office. I can't do renters because of a previous bankruptcy. I was also informed that even with the auto insurance its a $30 annual fee. I was told renters!!!! Eileen even asked, did know one ask you this? No

The absolute worst experience I switched insurance companies, I was told by an agent my policy would be 1 price with activation fees and a completely different amount was billed. called the office multiple times and never received a call back because my renters insurance was never added. Finally, an agent called back after almost 2 weeks and had no clue what was going on. Needless to say, I canceled the policy and never received my policy until after I canceled.
