We’ve been a client of J. Barnes & Company for 2-3 years now, and the service we receive from Jackson, Jeff, and Heather is fantastic. They’ve helped us with some unusual situations that have come up with our business, and always help us navigate the “insurance waters.” We’ve also saved money since moving to them 2-3 years ago, and feel like we have more coverage. I cannot recommend Jackson and the J. Barnes team enough. All of their agents are knowledgeable and will make sure your assets are taken care of. With them being an independent agency, they can also shop around with different carriers to give you the best coverage and price. 5 stars all day!

My daughter was traveling in Atlanta when something flew off of the truck in front of her and rammed into her motor.. The truck didn’t stop. While her car was being towed she immediately called Mr. Barnes on a Saturday and was able to talk with him on the first ring.. He told her exactly what she needed to do. In her call to me she said “I wonder how many people can call their agent anytime and know what to do on the spot.” Not very many I said. Great service and advice is rare. That’s why we have our insurance with Mr. Barnes. I know I can always get him or one of the other agents. Their like family to us.

Reliable and Thorough are two words I would use to describe Tyler at J. Barnes and Company. Even though he specializes in commercial insurance, he was so helpful in setting up my personal policies for me... making sure I had adequate coverage where I needed it. When I was rear ended this past year, the claim adjuster (through Erie) was time efficient and easy to get in touch with. Fender benders can ruin a day but it definitely makes for a less frustrating situation when your insurance agent takes time to walk you through it. **CLAPS HANDS FOR THE AGENTS at J. WOW!!! What a great experience dealing with Jack Barnes. After trying various companies through the years as a retiree including the one suggested by AARP (who BTW raised my quote by $20 a month within the first year) I got nothing but a raise in quotes for each 6 month period. Jack found me a quote I could live with AND locked me into it. Thank goodness for the notice in the mail I almost overlooked for Erie Insurance referring me to Jackson Barnes. He was succinct, straight forward and a pleasure to work with making the entire process quick and Easy. Thanks Jack!!
