John Sanchez - GEICO Insurance Agent

On Thursday, Feb 26, I looked out my window and found the weather sunny. No rain, no snow virtually no wind. I decided to go for a (long) walk. I found my way to John Sanchez Geico Agent's office. I walked in. Instantly a young woman (Rosaura I would learn) greeted me, asked if she could help since I was unannounced. I had a question relating to a little renter's policy I had purchased about 18-19 months ago. Rosaura was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Needless to say: my question was answered. I was delighted. And found that I definitely should let someone know about my very positive experience. I'd say that she's a Keeper. -- Daniel Mason
