This was the worst customer service! The lady Brittnay was so rude!! She had the nerve to call me unprofessional due to me complaining in a email about my insurance not being covered when she told it was. It was disgusting! If you want Travelers insurance do not go though this company.

This agency was good until I had to change insurance. John said he would take of this himself ,screwed my date of service up. Now I'm getting a letter from MDOT for $150. Not to mention a bill from Nationwide. Thank god the assistant in that office is good. I ask for a call personally, never got it.

John and his staff has taken care of my insurance needs for many years.The quality service they give the customer is 2nd to none.They truly care about people and there customers.A special shout out to Britney at the front desk.She Always goes the extra mile for the customer.Thankyou.
