State Farm, Conklin, and Britnie fought for us when a claim was incorrectly called. They went to bat and got the claim overturned and money back for the higher premium!! Just great people!! Laplata’s State Farm is always so hands on and make you feel like you have your own personal agent. I appreciate being able to go in person or call on the phone and it’s great customer service.
Very helpful office staff, including the agents who help me choose insurance policies and Diana who helped me track down paperwork for my records. When I filed a claim in 2024 the experience was seamless. I've been very happy with Greg Conklin's office and State Farm.
I love state farm. They exceed in customer service and miss Shannon is awesome. The company is to good to be true. Honestly
