I can never get an answer or a call back. My agent had left and I was switched to another who never reached out to me since. Now I am up for renewal and I can’t get in contact with her at all. She doesn’t return phone calls or emails.

They are very easy to deal with, and I've always been available when I've had questions. I've never had any issues at all with this company, and have been with them for well over 20 years. Their customer service is second to none!

Should be 0 star. Do not even call this company. I called them to get a quote for GLI and they put a policy through without my consent of the quote. I started to receive bills from the insurance carrier. I called the insurance carrier to let them know that I never signed up for a policy, only wanted a quote. Insurance carrier told me to call the agent. I called the agent Lei back in November and she said that she would take care of it and call me back. Never heard anything. I then called the carrier back and they contacted the agent while I was on the other line. I was told that Lei would contact me before the end of the day. Never receive a called back. Two weeks later I called the carrier back and they said that the agent ( First Insurance Group Of Maryland ) would not call them back and
