Gail Toscano goes above and beyond to answer all of my questions and help me understand as much as possible about the insurance world. I don't know how I'd navigate that part of my job without her! Buyer Beware: I contacted Keith Kaminski through NJM for a commercial auto quote. Right away, he suggested that although I had come through NJM, if I was willing to go outside of NJM, he might be able to get me a better deal. That was a red flag—it felt like he was disregarding the agreement he had with NJM. He asked me to send over a lot of information, which I did. After several days without hearing back, I followed up to ask for an ETA on the quote. His response was that he didn’t have an ETA and that I had failed to provide my current premiums.
