A True Professional in the Health Insurance Field I’ve worked with Rich Gilchrest at Capstone for my health insurance needs, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’m a Financial Advisor licensed in Life and Health insurance myself, but health insurance just isn’t my specialty. That’s why I’ve trusted Rich — he’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Even with my own background, I’d much rather rely on a true expert like him. I look forward to working with Rich again in a few years when it’s time to activate my Medicare benefits!

Very disappointing! I had a flood wherein my flood insurance did not cover 6k due to not having "loss of use" coverage. I reached out and have NEVER heard back. Its disappointing that the agent did not guide us properly as we were unfamiliar with coverages and what we needed. I now get a notification to renew and I reply explaining why I won't renew. You would think at that point they would at minimum be interested in rectifying and guiding us on what coverages we need, nope! Tina had no interest in even wondering what happened and what went wrong. Unless you are an expert in coverage, DO NOT RECOMMEND. THEY DO NOT CARE.

My experience with Jodi Sherman has been very professional . She is friendly . Responds very quickly with my questions pertaining to home owners insurance. Felt very comfortable .

Marc is a 5 stars no question. however I just had a real rotten experience with Brian Harris. he was extremely nasty and condescending to me and did everything possible manipulate me into the way HE wanted with a total disregard for my personal needs. Use anyone on their team especially Marc... but stay away from this Brian Harris guy!!!

Mr. Gilchrest is knowledgeable and attentive. He explains options clearly and truly looks out for his clients.
