Very frustrated, I have been trying to make sure my insurance has been up to date, no late payments ever. I have been a customer for many years. was always great service when Joanne was there. I moved to NH a year and a half ago and they cant seem to change my address, give me an updated quote or even a call back. If this cant be fixed soon the commissioner of insurance will have to be involved. Customer service is non existent there anymore.

I don't know why I stick with this Insurance Agency. I have been with them for years and it seems like every time I call them to get some type of quote I never get a call back. My recent attempt was last Tuesday when I called and had asked them if they can find lower insurance rates for my two cars on my policy. I was told I would get a call back the same day and here it is Monday and I still have not gotten a call back. This isn't the first time this happened, in the past I was looking to buy a new car and asked them if they can quote what my insurance would be for that particular car. I never got a call back and so I didnt buy the car. About a year ago I had bought a 2nd car to put on my policy and asked them if they can have all the paper work ready for when I got out of work so that

Again HORRIBLE customer service. Again they wasted my damn time. I called yesterda at approximately 2:19pm asked them if they can quite me for insurance for a new car I wanted to buy. I asked if they can call me back within a reasonable time because I was meeting with the car dealer within an hour and I needed to make a decision. I said I needed the quote to make sure I can afford the Insurance before making this investment in a 2018 new car . I met with the dealer , I waited and waited for like two hours for a call back. No call. I called them back and I got a voice recording. I didnt buy the car. I am back at square one again and this time I am canceling my insuracne with this company. Recently purchased a new vehicle, Leidy was a huge help in getting quotes from different insurance companies. Was extremely pleased with the Customer Service and the outcome. Been a customer of theirs for over 15 years and I'm glad.

Will not recommend this insurance company, the customer service is horrible a lot of attitude. And they are extremely overpriced whatever you’re currently paying for your insurance you can get cheaper elsewhere.
