I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Travelers Insurance. I recently decided to cancel my auto insurance policy due to a change in coverage needs, but this company has made it nearly impossible to do so. Despite my repeated requests and ample notice, they’ve thrown up roadblock after roadblock, refusing to process my cancellation promptly. Instead of assisting me, the customer service representatives I spoke with seemed more interested in trying to retain my business by any means necessary rather than respecting my decision to cancel. I was bounced around to multiple representatives, each one less helpful than the last. They insisted I provide unnecessary documentation and kept extending the process without a clear explanation, dragging out what should have been a straight

I have been insured by Thiesco since 2017. Seamless transaction, and he breaks down all the information. Compares what price and needs fit my criteria. Jeo is also a great administrator and always assists and stays in top of yearly renewals and general communication. I highly recommend them!
