Very rude and dismissive customer service. They will leave you on hold for the longest time and then disconnect the line. They do not know how to greet their customers with a simple "good morning" or a "good afternoon". I have been going through Leslie insurance for a few years now and it seems that the customer service continues to decline.

Good service ONLY IN PERSON. I was trying to switch my insurance. I called Leslie insurance agency with my new insurance representative to assist with the process (3 way call) However, the agent speaking for Leslie’s didn’t seem to understand the questions the representative was asking. After a frustrating 6-7 minutes, Leslie put us on hold and then just hung up. Both the representative and I were shocked by how unprofessional this was. There would be times I would call just to just a question as simple as “can I get the phone number to my current insurance company” and I would get placed on hold for 10-30 mins and even hung up on in the middle of that hold.

2023-2025 Update: unfortunately had to leave not happy with the service. Hard to reach anyone in the office and also u reasonable rates and not the best customer service. Miss working with Leslie now she has help and they have no idea what they are doing or saying. 6 years ago review: Truly the best quality of customer service, I was paying way too much for insurance . Walked in a year ago got the best insurance that fit for me. Walk in and out same day service ! I recommend coming all above anywhere else . Didn’t even notice how fast the year went by. That I renewed my policy electronically by email with Leslie insurance save me a trip . Which worked out with my 9-5 job and full time mommy sooo easy. One less thing to worry about ! Won’t regret it !

I had a great experience with Leslie Insurance. I worked with Mio and Giselle and they were responsive and very capable, walking me through everything they needed to get me approved. I ended up saving hundreds of dollars when it came time to renewing my car insurance policy.

Excellent service and I’m leaving extremely satisfied. I was helped by Jennifer and she gave me outstanding service. She was able to work with me and give me a quote that was affordable to me. Absolutely recommend coming here if you ever need any insurance!
