Jim Pope - Allstate Agency has proven to be reliable and responsive.
I have received a horrible service from Jim Pope few years ago when a drunk driver hit me from behind. According to Allstate estimate done via phone it was assumed that it was my fault despite that judge in the court said otherwise. I have called Mr Pope and he did not support me and it was not willing to make an effort to resolve the situation. It seems that he's only interested in getting his payments on time. Immediately we switched our service to State Farm and are very happy.
I have done business with Jim Pope and his father before him since 1985. He handles my home owners, auto, and motorcycle insurance. Jim is the epitome of what an agent should be. Professional and helpful!
Jim has always been great to work with. I’ve been with his firm since 2006.
Mr. Pope is very easy to contact and his response time is very good..He's been able to help with all my insurance needs!
