This company is deceitful in the execution of its services. I had to help my husband after his semi was rear ended (semi to trailer) by another semi who was traveling 60 plus miles an hour in September of 2023. Clearly the driver was distracted. We attempted to handle the claim in good faith and instead they have literally cost us our financial stability. JF TERRY IS NOT TIMELY AND DEFINATELY NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!They outright lied and even with emails proving they misled my husband they dragged on for another 3 weeks trying to skirt responsibility and working with Interstate Claims Management (TX) to cheat him out of his loss wages.
