I have been insured through Monroe Allstate for over 50 yrs My father was insured by Dave Monroes father Jim. My sons are insured by them also. No member of our family was ever treated last than stellar by Mr Monroe. Never had a problem . They treat us like family.

I switched to David Monroe from another Allstate agent that I wasnt getting what I needed from. David os quick, super responsive, professional and intelligent. He provided everything i needed and was missing from my previous agent. That right there is good enough. But here is where this Allstate agent becomes a ROCKSTAR: when adding a new home insurance policy, the inspector went out and saw there was a tarp on the roof and essentially cancelled the policy we had just added. We were putting skylights in and it was going to rain, so the carpenter put a tarp up. He was on the roof working when the inspector was there. Still, David had to fight to correct the mistaken judgment of the inspector. He personally drove out to the house and climbed up to the roof to take pictures to prove the r
