As a small business owner, insurance is a necessary evil that I have to deal with frequently. Roger Boatwright has been my agent for several years now and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. He gets back to me quickly, knows insurance and is always looking out for ways to save me money. Can't ask for more than that.
Absolute rudest and most unprofessional agent I've ever had to deal with. Roger hung up on me when I asked for fax number. Thankfully, Nationwide was still on the phone and witnessed his rude behavior. They were appalled as was I. Nationwide rep was very apologetic and said they were going to report him. Had a great experience with NW. NOT with Roger B.
