I have been with Jey and team at state farm for years. The staff has always been exceptional going above and beyond to facilitate the best outcome for me and my family's needs. Today one of the associates took time out of her day to drive to my house so we could finalize paperwork instead of having to coming into the office .Not many places take the time provide that level of customer service anymore. I am very grateful for the professionalism and the extraordinary customer service Jey and associates have provided and continue to provide through the years.

I can’t say enough good things about them! We’ve been with them for both our auto and homeowners insurance for several years, and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else. They’re personal, attentive, and always go above and beyond to take great care of us. Anytime we have a question or need help, they’re available right away and make the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about their customers, but they absolutely do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an insurance company that combines professionalism with a personal touch. Ask for Alisha, she is top notch in customer service!

Jey and his team are incredible. After knowing Jey personally for years, knowing his integrity and character gives me confidence in trusting him with my insurance needs. He has talked through options, is realistic with how it would affect my life and how coverage would play out if anything were to happen. His team is just as helpful and kind as he is. I cannot recommend them enough. Also his prices were cheaper than anywhere else I found, no joke. I’ve got auto, life and my wife’s ring insured.

I have been with them since moving to Canton several years ago and the team has been excellent! Nicole recently helped me with a policy change and went above and beyond to get me the best price and coverage possible. Alicia has always been super helpful. Im a mom of a new driver and I was worried about my premium skyrocketing. She helped me navigate that and got my son and I set up with programs that will save some money.

Having been with Jey Willis/State Farm for years I can say I have never had a bad experience and this time was no exception.
