Great people in the office. Always helpful and they research issues and get back to you. Good place of business.

It was fast and very simple to get set up with my plan they handled everything on the phone. Very courteous and concerned about what I needed help with.

If I could lave less than one star I would. The worse customer service I have ever had,your business is not priority. Absolutely the bottom of the list to ever go back too. Save your time, money and energy!!!

Fast friendly help and service. When i need to get window fixed they had someone out fixing out within a couple of days. When i needed to add my child as a driver they had it done within minutes. I went with another company that was worst mistake i made. Allstate will be my insurance home from now on thanks for making me feel like part of a family here.

This agency totally drops the ball!! No follow ups, return calls, etc. Jeremy does not care about his clients, he's never even in the office & now he refuses to release commissions over to a different agency of MY CHOICE because of??? Greed obviously!! No he doesn't have to, but if he had any decency/morals he would per my request.. Since his agency isn't doing any of the work! I'm sure if he had to hand his paycheck over to somebody else after he had to bust his hump like they do, he wouldn't appreciate it either. He's giving Allstate a bad name. He'd rather I take my business elsewhere after decades than do the right thing. What a guy! You don't even deserve one star!
