The agency owner, Jenn, and office manager, Jackie, consistently go above and beyond to make your experience with them unlike any other agency you’ve been with in the past. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and really get to know you, so they can best help you. Once I got to know them, the decision to switch insurance companies was easy. Nonetheless, they held my hand through the entire transition and made it super easy and pleasant. If you’re looking for a new agent that doesn’t just treat you like a number in a system, these are your gals.

I am a senior on disability. I spoke with woman and actually received call from Chris Flicker I was looking into switching agencies for better pricing. I liked what I heard and said "sounds good. "An extra few dollars less monthly. I expected a call from one of them to go ahead based on ability to cover expense comfortably. No call . My card was processed anyway. I had NOT signed any documents sent by them. I explicable told Chris no thanks did not appreciate their actions and using my card as they saw fit when agreement was a call first.He tried to get me or give him information to cancel my car and start there,again Nope. My plan was to bundle . Well now it's on my credit report. I do not recommend this place. I've has Allstate before was ecstatic with service. Office in Farmin

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and made the switch to Allstate easy. I definitely recommend them for high quality and personalized service.

We’ve had Allstate since 1998 and haven’t changed yet. Jen’s office has provided the highest quality service you could ask for. They are responsive and when we had a no fault claim, they ensured our repair was top notch. When the shop we used did poor workmanship on our car, her office quickly found a reputable shop across town and made sure we were happy with the work. Five stars cuz they don’t let you check six.
