Andrew Smith: Allstate Insurance

Rates went up every renewal without any claims against the policy .. And the Manchester Ct office has some incredibly rude staff. I will never go back to All State for insurance.

As a customer of Allstate for more then 20 years , I was able to go in and get the answers I needed to feel comfortable with my home insurance coverage in a ever changing economy. Sometimes you just don't understand the numbers and Brent took his time explaining why the numbers had changed and why we needed the coverage we have. They were Very patient and helpful .. I was very pleased ! I hope to be with Allstate another 20 years !

The All State office at 555 Main St in Manchester is wonderful. I have had several issues between car and home and the response time is amazing. Brent and Andy are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to solve whatever the problem may be. I don’t have to go through an 800 number and lots of people I don’t know at a call center. I can email one of them or call them and get an answer. They are the best!!!

Heather was extremely rude to me and hung up in my face. I called Allstate 800 number and they took the time answer all of my questions. I also spoke with other provider who took the time to speak with as well. Everyone else provided great customer service, except Heather that this Allstate. I am looking for w new company after so many years and coverage with Allstate.
