AAA Manchester

Terrible customer service (Lorey), ineffective services, and a COMPLETE inability to get customer information organized. I’ve had no problems with the DMV arm of AAA, but the membership side of things is worthless these days. Fall from grace would be an understatement.

I went to AAA to cancel my auto insurance because they increased the price three times less in a year for no reason. And I went to the office one of the agents was very rude. He told me that why I didn’t cancel online or by phone , instead of come here and waisted gas and time. I told him is my time and my gas I waisted. He is sooo rude I’m never come back again .

Did my license renewal here, quick and easy not sure why I even tried to do DMV. Such a great experience I got a aaa membership so I can work with the travel agents.

I am very disappointed with my visit to this office. I needed to get my real ID and I had all documents listed on the official site. I showed my current driver license, my American passport, two letters to prove my residence, and even my naturalization certificate (I am not an American born). For some reason, both ladies I spoke to, wanted to see my birth certificate (which I didn’t bring). And then I was told that they couldn’t help me and I had to go to DMV. I was trying to explain that my husband had successfully applied for his real ID in that same office just a couple of days earlier having presented identical set of papers. But it didn’t work. Gigi, John and Angela really went above and beyond my entire experience was awesome I will never forget it they were so much help I wish everybody the best over there it's truly just a great team. No one was idle everybody was helping someone. So yeah thanks guys
