She was incredibly helpful, leveraging deep expertise, about rental property and personal liability coverage. The work she did to update the policies we recently transferred to her, and add the right level of liability coverage has given me peace of mind I’ve never had before. Bought a policy online. After reviewing my drivers license State Farm allowed me to purchase a policy online. Afterwords I was told that wasn’t really my rate so I tried canceling. State Farm made me come back to this agent to cancel. I canceled two days ago. I paid with a card and they are prolonging my refund from getting to me claiming they are “mailing me a check.” I still have to receive confirmation it was sent. This agency is a joke.
