Farmers Insurance - Kevin Guinn

As someone who rarely rates businesses I felt compelled to rate this one. Hands down the worst insurance agency group I’ve ever experienced. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Don’t take your business here.

Had great service from Kevin and his group for quite a few years - and then when I needed assistance, he ghosted me! Left many messages, and no return calls. Not quite sure what happened... hope he is ok.

Customer for 20 years. Kevin will sell you. He especially as of late fails to respond or follow up. This last experience was horrible. That being said, his staff is nice and so is he. It pains me to do this. Farmers as a company has serious problems with caring about their customer’s experience. Their Claims department was relentlessly non responsive throughout. Kevin did not assist in any meaningful way to get answers to my questions after reaching out to him several times during this traumatic experience. This is a Farmers lifelong customer testimonial.

If I were you I go somewhere else this guy doesn't help you when comes to accident claim department lame I would take my business somewhere else get lost you're not gonna get my business again or my relatives next time you text I'll tell everyone you begged me to take down my review over the phone while you were acting like a psycho now you're acting nice ps good luck with your business I'm happy I don't have to pay 268 dollars for horrible service.

Kevin and his team are really great and sure helped me when I needed help! I sure do recommend them.
