Chris at the State Farm office was amazing. I have been trying to take care of an issue with a loan for over a year. I spoke with him and he handled it within 24 hours and went above and beyond. He was great with communication with the company and myself. I am very appreciative.

The reps are nice Avinir, Chris, Taylor Yet too high monthly cost of coverage Yet these folks are very helpful in trying to figure things out and be diligent and helpful For those of us that are trying hard to pay monthly basic payments the coverage doesn’t cover what’s common sense needed. Also, road assistance tow assistance only within 10 miles is not realistic in real time troubles. Yet, again Taylor is a great asset to the team

First, let me explain why only four stars- Simply because I have never had to actually file a claim. If service and commitment to their customers is amazing in all other areas, I have no doubt it will be equally amazing when dealing with a claim. Always friendly and knowledgeable, I can depend on Jake Pinto and his staff.
