Great customer service Jeff and Brittney both are super helpful. I had to file a claim yesterday and Brittney was so nice she waited on hold with claims until the answered (25 min later) and then she called me back so I didn’t have to wait. I have been singing the praises of State Farm a lot lately! Our son had an accident about 2 months ago and then a deer ran into my car last week. Both times that we had to make those initial calls right after each accident, whoever we've initially talked to has been so sympathetic and understanding and they explain how everything will happen things so well. And they always tell us we've had excellent coverage and they will take care of everything directly and they really do. I really didn't know what we had until now that we have to use it so we are so grateful to our local office for making sure we had everything covered all along. And then there is Macala!
