Jarrod Gennari: Allstate Insurance

My family uses Jarrod's Allstate office for personal and business vehicles and properties - he's insured every car my siblings and I have had (including rentals) since 2000 - I can't begin to do the math on how much money he has saved us over the years! In a culture where customer service is a dying art, we've still found him available six days a week to adjust or advise on any policy or circumstance. We have recommended him to countless friends over the years, who have continually thanked us for recommending his office. Horrible experience with this jerrod Gennari. Would never recommend he is not truthful and lies to allstate. Then your insurance homeowners will go up 800 dollars or more and he'll say oh well find another insurance provider. He knew he was lieing to allstate the whole time and not being truthful to us. Not very professional at all.

My policy was raised by almost $100 for adding an 11 year old car. Called to talk to Jarrod and when I let him know I was going to be calling around for quotes from other companies he couldn’t get off the phone quick enough with me. Didn’t offer to work with me in any way just said “ we’ll just let me know when you want to cancel bud” and that was that. I’ve been with Allstate for 5 years without ever making a claim. Learn how to treat customers better. Be professional.
