Switched to Insurance Services last year. Megan R is our agent. I just want to take a minute and say she is amazing! So friendly and professional! She saved us a few bucks but we received triple the coverage plus roadside/towing, windshield coverage ect. She’s quick to answer questions and always a friendly attitude. Thanks!

Michelle always makes herself available to answer any questions we have. I feel comfortable and confident with all of our insurance policies because I know she has our best interest in mind. We wouldn’t trust anyone else.

I can’t wait until my policy is up in June. Going to find a different agent that handles Progressive policies. This place is a joke. Totally screwed up my policy on 3 out of 4 vehicles. No gap insurance on one that has a loan, wrong deductible on the other, and had my other vehicle leased instead of a loan. So..... my policy has now increased because of their mistakes. Too many agents with hands in the pot. When voicing my concerns, I was given a million excuses.

The friendly staff are always very helpful! They make everything as convenient as possible for their customers. They also always try to get the best coverage/rate for the customers needs. Highly recommended!
