When Jeff was actually in the office and available things went smoothly. However I haven't seen Jeff in over a year and now I have to keep coming into the office repeatedly to sign some new form or fill out some information that they used to have but no longer seem to be able to find it anymore Insurance should be easy. I feel like I am having to continually service State Farm Ins. now instead of State Farm Ins. providing a service to me.
Has always been valuable throughout the years and in my opinion this location has the best attitude during every phone call, in person interaction, and truly goes above and beyond!
They are always super friendly and efficient, but will take a few minutes to just chat with you too.
