Great and speedy processing of the title work and great default communication about the closing process. And even though we did remote closing, the required hard-copy papers were mailed back and forth at lightning speed, with no hiccups. Very smooth process. And when called on the phone, their personnel was pleasant to talk to, and the first person I chatted with each time seemed to know the property I was talking about and was at least somewhat familiar with what was going on with it (and I was only selling a tiny vacant parcel, for single-digit thousands of dollars... Perhaps their dinkiest deal ever). So on all those fronts, as could be expected in a regular real estate transaction, my wife and I were very pleased. The property mentioned was left to me in a will by my father. I've never herd more what if excuses and imaginary scenarios in my life with a pile of paper work that I needed to get and have other family members get notarized and return. If you have your own home office and want to see just how long you can drag what should be a simple process out this is the place. If you need something done in an expedite manner don't come here
