I emailed Brad Duncan asking if he could help lower my current rates. He was absolutely helpful and answered all of our questions. He not only got us a better rate he cut out things we didn't need and covered things we didn't have coverage for before! We saved several hundred per year over all our policies! Everything was done and waiting for us to sign when we arrived to the office. He showed us everything, we were able to adjust as needed, very clear and very open about everything.
