Jeff and his team are amazing! Today I had an issue dealing with a repair shop causing damage to my vehicle when they were making an unrelated repair. Maggie jumped in and immediately got the ball rolling talking to internal State Farm teammates. Within an hour my issue was fully addressed!

This is our first go with State Farm for all of our insurance needs and quickly learned this is. 5-Star Team. Charlie was very patient with me in explaining all the policy options and doing a side-by-side comparison with other quotes. He was also patient with our busy schedules. Alex, the Director of Operations is a quick email away and always super responsive. We have been really impressed so far!
