AAA Manchester Insurance and Member Services

So rude! I was hung up on twice. 3rd time was suppose to be transferred to supervisor that didn’t happen. They want my 80 year old demented mother to pay car insurance until March on a car that is being sold January 21st. Just hung up on for the third time. RUN

Maybe true at each, but this local office said all they can do is take and cancel memberships. NOT MUCH SERVICE. Needed a flat changed, robot experience then live person said be there in 25 HOURS. Now they give the BIG runaround for reimbursement. Done with AAA. Rip you off on insurance and travel commissions; roadside assistance is just a hook to get ya. Poor lady at local office listened to my rant for frickin $75 but she said she can do nothing. Why have a "local" office at all, if no service is provided?

Needed unusual but urgent member services late one afternoon. Showed up unannounced at the office and discovered I had not fully prepared. No worries. The staff pitched in and had me on my way in short order.

Well my usual agent was out so I had to speak to someone else. He did not seem as knowledgeable and my agent that I have had for 20 plus years. I had to be called back for an insurance quote for a new car. A bit disappointing even when I supplied him with the VIN number of the vehicle

Been with them about twelve yrs. My only problem is trying to get the right person and when U think you're with whom you want to speak with, not so and get transferred to someone else. But overall good company.
