Daniel Zinselmeier: Allstate Insurance

Dan and his crew at the Allstate in Manchester are the best. They don't have an automated answering service, so whenever I call the office I speak to an actual person. They are personable yet professional, and always get me through my claims with ease. I have my auto, home, and life insurance through them. I do pay a bit more for some of my policies than I would with some other insurance companies, however, I feel that you get what you pay for. My family and I always get top notch service. I've had my policies with them for 31 years.

What I like about Allstate insurance was that they offered great rates for bundled insurance and with “Drivewise” offer rebates for good driving habits. Daniel Zinselmeier Agency proved to be responsive when needed and non intrusive when not. My email inbox gets full enough and my phone constantly rings with “deals” that they say I can’t miss. But if I have a problem Daniel’s staff are attentive, professional and personable. Great.

Dan is a class act and genuinely nice guy. He always responds or gets back to you. He even sent us a hand written Christmas card for an issue I had recently that was out of his control. Take it from me, a costumer that’s been with Dan for many years.

I want to say thanks to everyone at Daniel Zinselmeier's office. We had the worst case scenario happen on 04/01/2021, a total loss house fire while we were on vacation. We came home to complete destruction. With one phone call to Dan's office they took care of everything. From handling the claim to finding us a place to live. Dan was at the property the next day. I cannot say enough good things about Allstate and Dan Zinselmeier. Jason, Ray and Dan, Thanks you for all you did for me and my family during this difficult time in our lives. I will be an Allstate client for life after this.
