Jedidiah Seely American Family Insurance

I have been with this office for some time, with several policy types- home with riders, car, business, and boat. We regularly replace our vehicles, so have had to change our policy many times. I have experienced good communication overall. Jedidiah often reaches out to me personally, which I appreciate. I had a claim on my property recently. Claim process was fairly easy and my home was repaired without any problems.

Jedidiah is fantastic! After a car accident the other driver accepted full responsibility but her insurance company tried to settle for less than the value of my vehicle. Jedidiah corresponded with the adjuster and their supervisor and was able to secure approximately $3,000 more than they originally offered. Everyone in his office is very nice, responsive, and helpful. DJ

I want to take a minute to give Jedidiah Seely and his American Family branch, a shout out. Jed has handled our Commercial and personal insurance policies for a little over 7 years now. He has always taken care of us as far as checking rates, bundle options, policy changes etc., and he’s always been easy to get in touch with when needed. Tonight though, at almost 8 PM on a Saturday, I realized I needed to get a change done on a policy and it needed to be in place by start of day Monday morning. I sent Jed a text to see what my options were and not only did he reply, he also had the changes completed and a new declarations page emailed to me within an hour. Got placed with this office after they got rid of Kevin Simon which was wonderful!! This office was horrible! Had damage to my home.. they never called nothing! Only would call when a bill was due! The girls in the office need to learn their job as well.. horrible customer service! Your response is comical... never once did I ask you to get on my roof!! Your not a roofer.. whatever makes you feel better Jedediah the truth is you didn't do your job as an agent and should have never gotten my business period! Most people work for business it's not a given.. unlike youself!

Agency has gone downhill since take over from Kevin Simon. Billing is never right. I have many policies with American Family and have to call corporate at least once a month to pay a bill because the bill never comes to me. Policies go up in cost without even a call to notify you of the change. I have been a customer for 21 years and I am looking to change.
