I have used State Farm (Jeanne Martin) for literally over 30 years as well as my family. My dad has been with Jeanne since I was a little girl and refused to use anyone else until he passed away 2 years ago. I have always had very pleasant and helpful conversations with all of the agents in this office over the last 30+ years. They have always taken the time to answer and address all of my questions and concerns no matter how long it took. I don't know about you but I personally wouldn't want to sit on the phone for almost 2 hours answering nothing but questions from someone lol. These guys are great to deal with in this particular office and I will continue using them just for that reason.
