Can not ever get anyone on the phone at any location or number, can not do anything on app but make payments it’s ridiculous
Rude employee. Lied about due date. Then when due date came I had a lot of late fees. Had just signed up 2 weeks prior to due date I guess I was due on. Got a attitude when I told her to let me out way before she starts taking pictures of car while I'm standing there. I didn't wanna be in her pictures. Finding a new insurance place asap
It's ok. I've seen better service!! I am a friendly person tho. I don't Expect to be treated like a disease "Sit chair behind yellow line". No ma'am, please or anything Polite!
