I spoke with Shelly about home insurance, which can get quite stressful sometimes, but she made it the most amazing experience I have by already talked to multiple companies to get info but She got more done then all of them combined and at a lower rate. She went in great details about my policy as I learned a lot about it and she made me feel like family. Her customer service is amazing and that’s coming from somebody who works in customer How it is and she was amazing with every question ever repeated question anything you think about she’s amazing

impossible to get anyone on the phone for question/changes about policy that was entered incorrectly. all customer service calls outsourced, not local. requested a policy change quote three weeks ago and still have not heard from anyone. very frustrating for a customer of over 30+ years.

Great service from the agency and Savanna. I’ve had a tough fall season and suffer with seasonal depressive disorder. I had a pacemaker placed in my chest to regulate the electrical impulses in my heart. In addition no Golf till 2026. I was a truly “grumpy old man” Savanna’s great personality lifted me from my darkness. Most of all, she handled my business in a professional manner. All around great experience. Thanks Savanna 👍
