I have been a customer with them for over 10 years. They decided to be difficult when I required them to do their job. I will never recommend this office to anyone. And for those that deal with them enjoy it now. Once you have a problem with service they will show their true colors. I swear I wish I could leave a review with no star.
Was very unprofessional and did not do the proper search and was supposed to call me back with reasoning why the bill sky rocketed and still continued to fail to do so & I do not recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional !
Wonderful customer service. Gretchen and Jay will work with you to make you feel that you are in the best of hands. They have the highest integrity and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for the very best.

Have been using Jay Childress since I got my license back in 1997, and so far have had no problems. The staff (Gretchen and Christy) are always helpful, and knowledgeable of the business. : )
