Jason Stanek American Family Insurance

We recently switched over to Jason Stanek, American Family Insurance. He was able to save us hundreds of dollars in yearly insurance costs on our 2 homes and 4 vehicles. Jason spent about an hour going over coverages for each insured item. We recommend him to anyone that wants to save money on their insurance!

Jason is a wonderful agent. I was a lifetime Allstate girl, our whole family was. And then I met Jason. He, without pressure, offered to do a quote for me. As it turns out, I was able to get double the coverage on my home, for less than what I was paying! Plus, he keeps in touch with me on a regular basis to let me know any policy changes that might be taking effect or if there is a way for me to save money. Jason is always professional, and answers any and all questions I have...he even did research on Pet Insurance for my cat. He's wonderful, he's kind, and he always puts a smile on my face. When my caller ID shows Stanek Insurance, I'm always happy to take the call. Thank you Jason for your hard work, dedication and eagle eye on the best options for me.

A year ago amfam saved me money, however over a year span they about doubled my premium with no change to policy and no vehicle incidents. I tried contacting the office several times via email and phone and received no response. I called to cancel and had made contact but no change to my account or billing was made. As ironic as it is I switched to GEICO and saved close to 55% on my premium. I highly recommend avoiding this company or at the very least don't hesitate to cancel them when they jack up rates. Down from a 260 payment to 120. I started around 140 with amfam for full coverage. Luckily I deleted all my auto payment info or they would have continued billing me 260 for one car and no accidents.

Jason was extremely helpful when we relocated from Pennsylvania to Sequim, WA. He not only took care of our home insurance, but also our two cars. His quotes also beat those of other competitors. We have relied on his experience, trustworthiness, and amiability for three years already.

This agent will not communicate with you. He has had our home and multiple auto insurance policies for the past 5 years with minimal issues. However if you have multiple vehicles and homes you want an agent who is looking out for you and this agent will not do that. He let our bill get out of control and even when I called and he said he would make necessary adjustments he didn't tell me to come in and sign the paperwork before the change would be effective. The result? We've overpayed yet another month (total of $400 over 3 months) for which he is unapologetic and even got angry and argued with me. No it is not his job to watch my finances but if he values his commission he will do what all other agents do and that is when there is a huge spike in his clients bill he will give them a 3 mi
