We walked in without an appointment. We had received 6 bills in 2 weeks from our previous insurance company and were totally confused. Kalo looked over all of the document we received. Explained everything and got us into a better policy with another company. We left there so relived.

When I got settled in Sequim 2 years ago, I knew that I wanted an independent insurance agent to find me the best rates for my home and auto. The Homer Smith agency has a sign out front of their office on Washington that drew me in. Homer's son, Ryan, worked until he found me rates that my budget could live with. Recently, with the auto rates increasing, I stopped into the office to see if I could somehow lower them. Cynthia McNulty was very patient and knowledgeable in helping me to decide how I could adjust my coverage to lower the rate, but stay safe. Thank You both!
