The reviews were stellar, so we decided to comparison shop. Erika was so thorough, understanding, patient, professional and absolutely delightful. We left with home insurance and a new two-car insurance policy. Acrisure offered an option that saved us money on our car insurance and extremely competitive homeowners' coverage. When we sought counsel from James on our Medicare open enrollment, he was thorough and candid about us not needing coverage beyond our current program because we are covered by Tricare, very honest advice. We could not be more pleased with our new providers from office staff to agents!.

We are Seniors who were somewhat confused by the many nuances of supplemental health insurance. We were paying premiums that were more than some of our friends pay for the same coverage. We talked by phone with a Representative at United Healthcare but were unable to achieve the understanding or results we were hoping for. Their customer service goes above and beyond to make sure all questions are answered and claims are handled smoothly. Plus, they offer support in Spanish, making it easy for Spanish-speaking customers to get the help they need. Highly recommended!
