Hands down worst insurance experience ever. Double charged on a holiday. Asked it to stop they do it anyway. 3 months later they refuse to help. 4 months after trying to bundle my services and they can't get my coverage straight. They over insured a 10 year old car and are making it my fault. Horrid customer support from corporate! Zero stars! Underwriters are evil!

We’ve had a number of insurance agents and companies over the last 30 years. Jason is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and consciousness in serving his clients that we’ve experienced. Jason has been extremely helpful with a number of our insurance nuances, exceeding our expectations. And recently Jason fielded a call from my wife to address a water claim while I was out of town. He took the call on the weekend while out with his family. He not only walked my wife through the process with regard to the claim, but was genuinely concerned and helpful in calming my panicked wife. I wish more people provided this level of service and professionalism in their business.

Jason is a superb insurance agent. He takes the time get to know his clients, to discuss our coverage and review it in an annual meeting, and to make sure that our coverage is still meeting our needs. The few times we've had a claim, he was always quick to respond, and the entire process was painless. He is polite and caring, and goes out of his way to help clients, especially those who faced challenges due to the flooding in northern Colorado two years ago. I am so glad that we found Jason and Country Companies - we would never consider another agent or another company.
