No amount of words can express the gratitude I have towards Ed Bowen and his team! My beloved husband passed away recently. Ed went above and beyond walking me through each step of filling out the paperwork. He and Mayra made it so easy and I couldn’t have asked for the process to go any smoother than it did. Ed and his team have the highest standard of integrity and professionalism which truly can be rare to find nowadays. I will never forget how they went above and beyond for me during the most difficult time of my life. I will always be grateful!

I called Ed Bowen's office to confirm my policy coverage with regards to rental cars. Paula helped me and quickly informed me we were covered for "loss of use" in case of accident. She told me she wanted to confirm something on my policy and would call me back. In 5 minutes she called back with a suggestion that will save me around $100/yr.
