I was insured with American Family for around 9 years. The customer service with Omar has been great. We purchased a new car last year, and unfortunately the price increase was too much and we had to go with someone else. But Omar is such a pleasure to work with I will call him every 6 months to get a quote and see if they can beat the price. I was well taken care of by this insurance in a couple incidents. I will keep my fingers crossed to come back.
