I've had positive help & feedback from Yanierie. She has been pleasant & kind but I was completely ignored by the receptionist. She decided to help the Latinos that were there even tho I was there a whole 7 minutes before they walked in. Sad & Shameful. Do Better.

Jack has been my agent for over 20 years. Absolutely the best agent I have had. Jack has been such a blessing and huge help regarding our home and vehicles - and we've had quite a few vehicles :) Jack is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Always quick to respond to any email, call or when we needed an insurance card for a new vehicle. I highly, highly recommend him.

Cut my insurance off without any warning at all. Had a "payment reminder" courtesy call in which they reminded me of my payment being due but completely failed to mention anything about a cancelation. Completely unacceptable. I use my car for work, its my job and I've been driving with insurance for 5 days unbeknownst to me. Furious. And completely disappointed in this office considering I recommend you guys to everyone. Paying my bill so that I can be Insured while I look for another insurance company.

They're reasonable n friendly, good staff,n team work,well spoken and they get you with the best low rates,Jack is the man,hes a good person always available to answer any questions, I give them thumbs up,👍

This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever gotten. The owner of the place went as far as to tell me that I had to look at him in his eyes while I was speaking, touching my personal belonging and sliding them accross the table, and to top off called the police because they took my money and did not want to return it. Today makes three weeks that I’m waiting for my $400 and haven’t seen anything but a $19 check. The owner of this establishment was very rude and disrespectful.
