Love this man he always tries to do the best for me really nice people..

I have come here every year to tile my taxes and even get my car insurance with no problems. This year when I went to file my taxes, the woman that is usually there was no longer there but someone else was and she had no customers but still didn’t see me. Ramon had a customer there and the lady told me he would see me after. Another Hispanic man came in and he immediately took him in before me. I look over at the lady and she said “people that has been here before will take faster so maybe another 15 minutes”.... as if I haven’t been coming here for years. I was waiting but he insisted on seeing someone else before me and continue to have me waiting while she was seeing no one. Over priced here anyway. Won’t be returning

My family has used Ramón for years and recommended him to me. I finally went this year and I can say I’m pleased. Ramón is a great guy with an effervescent personality that’ll immediately make you feel like he’s an old favorite uncle of yours. He was very informative and knowledgeable while being super efficient in handling my tax paperwork. I had multiple paperwork to file and he breezed by it and help me get an even bigger refund that I’d thought I’d be getting. Highly recommend and I found my tax guy until one of us retires lol. Definitely see Ramón though.

I originally call ask, for Ramon he wasn't in. This Young lady named Carla, assisted us gave us all the information we needed and very Knowledgeable with saving us a buck. Thank u to both.
