Kim is amazing! Not only does she monitor my auto and home policies to make sure I'm getting the best rates possible, she also recommends adjustments to best fit the ever-changing needs of my family. If a change is ever needed, the transition is effortless on my end. I always have the coverage I need, at the best rate possible. I couldn't be happier with Kim and Montagno Insurance.

We have used 3 different agents over 25 years. We were curious so we asked Kim to look through our coverage and provide a quote for all of our insurance (Home, Auto, Umbrella). Kim accomplished - providing coverage with an A+ (Superior Financial Strength) carrier, significantly strengthened our coverage where we needed it, and lowered premium (much better coverage for a lower price). She also spent a lot of time talking through each policy and quote to explain and provide examples of how the coverage would work if we had a loss. Kim is a no pressure agent, very responsive, and talks through things with your interests and time in mind. My only regret is that we didn't ask Kim to look at our coverage years ago. Working with Kim has been great. She is responsive, honest, and extremely knowledgeable with regards to insurance policies and coverages. Not only did she find me a carrier that provided the same level of coverage at a reduced cost, but she educated me on the various coverages and provided guidance on what best suited my financial needs. I had such as positive experience I refer her to everyone I know that is insurance shopping!!

I switched to Montagno at the end of last year. Couldn’t have made a smarter decision! After being told by a different insurance company that they couldn’t do any better than my current rates Kim went above and beyond and didn’t stop until she got me some better rates saving me over $1000 a year!!
