They charged me 50 dollars for a 2 minute phone call to ask me about my roof which they had all the info on. I would not deal with these crooks. Look elsewhere

**Update** Found out through another insurance company that Irving B Green & Associates cancelled ALL mobile home insurance at the same time. And without notice. They are no longer insuring mobile homes and cancelled every one of the customers they had. I guess everyone including myself is still waiting on the refund since the insurance was paid in full. *negative stars given*** Two words... run away. We have had our home insured with this company for 3 years. Zero claims ever. I just got a notice that they cancelled my insurance 3 months ago. No notice at all. They accepted my payment for a year back in October only to cancel me after 8 months. Still received no notice. My mortgage company received an email from them saying it was a company decision. 4 /12/23 I've been with this company for 20 years always paid my policy in full.They take 4 days to write general liability.Took $1023.00 next day from my checking..I Brought insurance somewhere else. Got it within 15 minutes Please do not write them a check.. They told me 14 days before I can get a Refund.. Beware of this Company !!! Always use credit card. Do NOT use this company. We had a business General Liability policy and after many attempts speaking with Beau and Jenna in July, August and September to get them to update code changes so the policy renewal but was only given empty promises. The last contact I had was on 9/16 that Jenna left me a message saying she is working with the company to get the class codes and will get the policy sent back out to get this taken care of and after never receiving anything from them I stop by the office today because trying to resolve by phone I couldn't get anyone to follow thru with their job. By far the worst experience I've had with an insurance company. I contacted them months ago about general liability insurance for my company. I own a trailer dealership and also once rented utility trailers. Originally I was given a quote of somewhere between 600 and 800 a year (I can't remember the exact amount). A few days later I was told it would be $1680 a year because of the rentals. So I did away with trailer rentals to try to get a lower insurance rate. I changed the name of my company, did a complete rebranding, new logo, new signs and advertising etc. I then contacted them and told them about the rebranding and that we would only be selling trailers and not renting them.
