Intercoastal Insurance

I just made a call to them and “Tanya” couldn’t have been more UNinterested in helping me. She was rude, and told me they were too busy with “underwrites” at this time to be able to assist me. My last job ended this past Wednesday and she was very condescending in her tone, acting as if I knew nothing, when I’d already done some research. She told me to go use the marketplace, so I finally asked her why they were in business if they don’t want to help and they just tell people to use the marketplace. Unreal! If you’re someone who has no idea what you’re doing or have no idea how to navigate the marketplace, do NOT call this company. Not helpful and rude.

We've worked with the team at Intercoastal for our company's health insurance for over 20 years. They provide excellent, personal, and knowledgeable service year after year. They respond promptly to our employees' questions, and are always prepared to step in to assist with billing issues from the insurers.

Cynthia is amazing. When I had an issue in preparing a claim, she devoted a lot of time to helping me. Definitely a class A service!!
