Mark Ligambi is extremely unprofessional and does not return emails and only contacts you back when threatened (where he decids to be smug with his replies), which proves he neglects his emails on purpose. He didn't follow up with information I gave him on 12/30/21 and now I'm left to handle it myself. He is lazy and has excuses all the time as to why he needs to reschedule appointments and still doesn't fulfill them. you are the one having to constantly reach out to him. Stay clear from Mark Ligambi, he will only cause aggravation
